Question for readers: Are these blog entries too long?

Please let me know, in the comments section, if these entries are too long and you end up not reading them because it seems overwhelming. I can shorten them if people prefer that....

I love reading your blogs. NOT too long for me. Just received your book. Actually, one in paperback & one hardcopy. Hoping you can sign the hardcopy one day.

NO WAYYYYYY are they too long, Stacey!! Are you kidding? this is such a supreme GIFT to the public, to your fans, to ALL who love Wesley and nature in general. I wish a fraction of the people who are reading the blog would respond to you about this and you'd see. What you share with us is not only from your scientific, linear understandings of the barn owl but from years and YEARS of loving FAMILY contact with your Wesley. You were a part of the owl world with him and he a part of yours. Your insights and reflections are the absolute BEST part of ANY human feedback relative to Molly & co. My ONLY concern is that your publisher will see the blog and feel like you're giving too much away!!!

Stacey, your posts are NOT too long. I LOVE reading them, and I thank you. I sat in the waiting room this morning while my son got his braces off, finishing your book. I had to walk outside because it made me cry! I bawled when my cockatiel died; I can't imagine how it was for you when Wesley died after 19 years of such an intimate relationship.

We have some things in common! I'm a musician, my oldest son (also a musician) just landed an internship for the summer at Aerospace Corporation where my brother-in-law has worked for over 30 years, I live in Huntington Beach, and my middle son, who is named Wesley (!), built a trail at the Bolsa Chica Conservancy for his Eagle Scout project.

I truly enjoyed your book, and I am happy for the long blog posts, especially since I am an avid Molly watcher. Thank you!

No worries! Long or short your knowledge and expression of what you are thinking are great to read. Thank you for being willing to share both here and at the Owl Box. During the hours of watching the owls, I am always happy to read your inputs and excited that you are sharing your time with all of us.
